As someone who appreciates a good buffet, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor of the dishes at NY Hibachi Buffet. The food is consistently fresh, and the balance of flavors avoids the common pitfall of overly salty offerings found in many buffets. I especially enjoyed their house special lo mein and the steamed vegetables, which were cooked to perfection, reinforcing my desire to return again and again.

“ Food was good and hot or cold as it needs to be. Staff was friendly and prompt place was clean Food is very flavorful sushi is good. ”
“ Food was pretty good, several bars of selection. Quite a bit of things like chicken nuggets, fries, mozzarella sticks, and other kid friendly options, several seafood options, sushi bar, hibachi bar, and dessert bar. $60 for 2 adults and a child but we realized they charge adult price for our 9 year old but when I pointed it out they gave us some ones back which was ok we added it to the tip, but be sure to watch your tickets. Definitely not bad, but if you don't plan to utilize hibachi and sushi bars the price may be a bit steep for you. Tonight it was $16 per person for a Monday night dinner and $3 for drinks. ”
“ A solid buffet! These days it's quite difficult to find a decent "ALL YOU CAN EAT" buffet in the nation -- NY definitely delivers. The food is always fresh and stocked. The best time to come is when it's really busy. The idea sounds wild but that's when the best food is served. I love how the food is not overly salted, just enough to make you want to come back for more. Overall, great customer service and very attentive; even for large groups. ”
“ Better than average, this Chinese buffet was busy but on a Sunday afternoon, they were bringing out fresh food and keeping the steam tables stocked. Most of the dishes have too much sauce or too many carbs but it was possible to eat around most of it and still have a good meal. Sushi was pretty basic but it was fresh and it was tasty. There is a salad section (mostly untouched), desserts and a hibachi grill-to-order if that's something that appeals. Several options for the kids who might not like "Chinese food" including wings and mac & cheese. A real bargain at $10 plus tip. My waitress was great at clearing dirty plates and refilling my drink. She was wearing a mask, which was nice to see. They do have plastic gloves available so I wasn't actually touching the same spoons and tongs as everyone else.
